Instructor Certifications

I certify that I meet and agree with all the Instructor Requirements put forth in the Club's Instructor Application Policy.

I certify that I am at least 21 years of age, have not been convicted of a felony, Class A or Class B misdemeanor, and can legally purchase or own a firearm under current federal, state, and municipal laws and statutes.

I certify that I have read and agree to comply with all Club rules and regulations, and that my students and guests are also bound by them.

I certify that I am qualified in the discipline that I will be teaching and/or qualifying, and will provide written documentation of such qualifications, including certifications by recognized bodies, organizations or institutions meeting Board approval.
